NēoStrength Restore™

Program Design (No Coaching)
This program is a structured, progressive strength coaching offer focused on building foundational strength, improving body composition, and creating consistent training habits. It targets people who are already training, want strength and fat loss or recomposition, and are ready to stop restarting.
Restore™ is a three-phase, women-centered strength-training system that supports a safe pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and a confident return to lifting. With a focus on breath, core, and pelvic floor, and phase-appropriate progressions, Restore helps women feel strong, supported, and ready to move again through 1:1 coaching, custom programming, and small-group options.
This service provides a structured training plan without live coaching, supervision, or built-in accountability. You’ll receive a customized 4- or 8-week training program with written exercise instructions and pre-set progressions to guide your workouts. This option is best suited for independent clients who feel confident training on their own.
